However, if you are not completely satisfied with our service, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans that are longer than 1 month and for all payments made via PayPal and credit card. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase. You will be required to provide your account information and the reason for requesting a refund. Once the refund request is received, our team will process the refund and issue the payment back to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds are not available for payments made using cryptocurrency. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if it is found that our service is being used in violation of our terms of service or acceptable use policy.
